Do my customers need to install an app?

No. Koroot passes live in Apple Wallet (built into every iPhone) and Google Wallet (built into every Android). Customers tap the install link once — the pass is added to the wallet they already have.

What hardware do I need at the till?

Any phone or tablet. The merchant app turns the camera into a barcode scanner. No POS integration, no hardware purchase — though we do integrate with Square, Lightspeed, and Toast if you want.

How long does setup actually take?

Median onboarding time is 9 minutes from signup to first card issued. Pick a template, upload your logo, generate the install link, print the QR code. That's it.

Can I send messages to my customers?

Yes. Push lock-screen notifications to every pass holder — directly through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. No app install, no SMS fees. Sent from the dashboard or scheduled.

What if I have multiple locations?

Multi-location is included on every tier. Each location gets its own scanner login and analytics view, but customers see one unified pass.

Can I export my customer list?
